local delivery

all orders from singapore enjoy complimentary door to door delivery. Delivery will be completed within 3-5* working days.

International shipping

we ship complimentary to Malaysia and australia. for orders within Southeast Asia, we charge a flat shipping fee of 20sgd.

for all other international orders, There is a flat fee of 20USD. Delivery will be completed within 10* working days. Do note that customs duties and taxes will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Exchanges and returns

We strive to make returns easy. Simply fill up the returns form included in your package, pack the item up in its original tag and packaging, and send it back to us within 14 working days from the day you receive the item.

Be nice! We request that all returns are free from smoke and pet fur (we love our furbabies but there are others allergic to their fur). Trying on the clothing is cool, but be careful when removing it so that it’s free from make up. 

In the event that your item comes damaged, or in the wrong size, please reach out to us immediately at hello@terrablush.com. There is no exchange process, instead, do a return and repurchase your new item with the store credits granted once the return process is completed. 

do note that sale items are entitled to a one-time exchange for size, but not for refunds.

Store credits

we only do refunds via store credits.

The issuance of the store credit into your account will take 3-5 working days once the return has been processed. Store credits have a validity of 3 months and can be used in full or partial during the next purchase.

an item purchased using store credits cannot be returned again.
